Can you tell me the cost of a roof repair over the phone?
No. A roof is priced after it has been seen. What is visible from the ground rarely tells the full story, so the scope and price follow the assessment.
What should I do about an active leak right now?
Contain the water where it is safe to do so, move belongings clear and photograph what you can see from inside. Send the details through the enquiry form and mark the urgency.
Do you offer a 24/7 emergency callout?
We do not advertise round-the-clock availability. Mark your enquiry as urgent and we will respond as soon as we can and be straight with you about timing.
Do you accept every roofing job?
No. The categories on this page are enquiry types, not a promise that every job is accepted. Some work needs scaffolding, specialist trades or a different contractor, and we will say so.
Will I need scaffolding?
It depends on the height, pitch and the extent of the work. Access requirements are confirmed during the assessment and included in the written scope.
